I really love it when I’m inspired in my kitchen to try a new recipe. I had tried a chia pudding a few months back and though it would be fun to make a recipe of my own. This month has been an interesting one food-wise for our family.
Somehow we ran out of money in our food budget halfway through the month. High winter prices, I guess. I still can’t figure out exactly where all the money went. And, I’ve been scrapping by ever since. The month ends in 5 days and I still have $11 left. I have been pulling out all the stops and using everything that we have in our freezer and pantry.
